1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another email when your order has shipped.

Please allow additional time during sales, holidays, or peak seasons.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx), and offer the following shipping options:

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
