Exchange & Return Policy

At Bold&Basics, quality is our highest priority. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer friendly support and hassle-free returns and exchanges.

 

1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges made within 20 days of the original invoice date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

2. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us at info@aspirehighsltd.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  • Ship the item to the address below using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining proof of shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly.

 

3. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear after we receive your returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping fee if:

- You changed your mind or don’t like the product

- The item doesn’t fit

- You no longer need it

- Any other personal reason not related to product quality

  • Bold&Basics will cover return shipping costs if:

- The item is defective or damaged

- You received the wrong item or size

 

4. Exchanges
  • We offer size exchanges only within 20 days of the invoice date. Exchanges for different styles, colors, or items are not supported.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
  • We’ll notify you by email once the exchange is processed.

 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These include:

  • Clearance or deeply discounted items

  • Undergarments

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

 

7. Restocking Policy

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for:

  • Multiple returns from the same customer

  • High-volume returns not tied to active purchases
